Center for Researches, Studies and Legal Advice
Providing various research and academic services for researchers, including preparation of books, manuals and the preparation of draft laws, regulations and instructions, as well as participation in legal press and the issuance of legal bulletins, and in particular:
o Serving Islamic jurisprudence and judiciary, and supporting scientific researches in this field.
o Developing laws in different aspects of life, e.g. economic, financial, familial, environmental… etc. in accordance with the Islamic Shari'a controls, and then bringing the same before the competent authorities in order to benefit thereby.
o Developing scientific researches in topics of Islamic jurisprudence and judiciary, in order to find solutions for the new afflictions in the various aspects of life in accordance with the principles of Islamic Shari'a.
o Following-up contemporary jurisprudence researches, related to the vision of the Center, and collecting and classifying them by topics for easy access thereto and use thereof.
o Dissemination of jurisprudence and judiciary-related researches in order to enable those specialized and interested to benefit thereby.
o Highlighting the unique approach of Islam in solving the problems of the society.
o Rendering professional advice on legal and judicial issues to all official and private bodies.
o Cooperating with research centers concerned with Islamic jurisprudence and judiciary, as well as information exchange among them in order to benefit by all modern and up-to-date information.
o Supporting researchers working on regulating Islamic jurisprudence and judiciary, and supporting and training them on the proper preparation of innovative researches of the best quality.
o Organizing seminars and conferences for discussion of new afflictions in order to reach solutions based on Islamic Shari'a.
o Setting-up a hard and digital library in this field.
o Establishing a database of topics, researchers and centers working in this domain in accordance with the prevailing scientific rules of indexing and information systems.
Such database involves a review of the legislative efforts in various countries, knowing the different judiciary trends thereof, listing the organizations and agencies working in these fields, and documenting the international and regional conventions and treaties as well as the related national laws, in both Arabic and English languages, if necessary.

The purpose of training and rehabilitation is to provide real work opportunities, giving both professionals and employees a full opportunity to proceed with the new work environment and production. That is why the need for having such institutions, for practical training and preparation, is increasing one day after another. On the other hand, Arab communities have a few of such institutions, and those available are not enough, and in many cases, they do not provide new and effective means, approaching only the theoretical performance rather than the proper and practical application. Therefore, there is a real need for such institutions, aiming at providing good quality of programs and good selection of topics.

Accordingly, we provide the following services:

o Training programs, workshops and round tables in various topics of law and jurisprudence.
o Holding and participating in various conferences and scientific strategic symposia.
o Taking over the organization of symposia, conferences, training programs and workshops for others, in terms of providing the facilities as well as the requirements and needs therefor, including the necessary manpower and simultaneous translation.
